Efficiency and waste discipline
Energy, water and material efficiency measures run across manufacturing operations, monitored under ISO 14001. Process scrap and packaging material are segregated, authorised for disposal and recovered where possible.

Occupational health and safety, managed
Occupational health and safety is managed under ISO 45001, with training and incident review built into plant operations.
Community
Education, healthcare and welfare
Support for schooling and skill-development initiatives, health camps and access-to-care programmes, and animal welfare initiatives, several undertaken through the Talera Family Trust — the promoter family trust.
