Power Cables
Armoured and unarmoured low-voltage power cables with XLPE or PVC insulation for distribution networks, industrial plants and building infrastructure.
Applications: Utility distribution · Industrial plant wiring · Building services · Pumping and irrigation schemes
Technical detail
Mobility Cables
Flexible cables designed for continuous movement, vibration and repeated flexing in mobility, transport and equipment applications.
Applications: Rolling stock · Material handling equipment · Mobile machinery · Transport infrastructure
Technical detail
Special Cables
Application-engineered cables including railway signalling, concentric, service and aerial bunched constructions built to customer and statutory specifications.
Applications: Railway signalling and telecom · Aerial bunched distribution · Service connections · Concentric metering systems
Technical detail
Conductors
All aluminium and aluminium alloy conductors, including steel-reinforced constructions, for overhead transmission and distribution lines.
Applications: Overhead transmission lines · Distribution networks · Power evacuation systems · Rural electrification
Technical detailApplication ecosystem
Each sector brings its own standards, inspection regimes and site conditions. Our conductors and cables are specified for the position they occupy in that network, not for a generic catalogue slot.
Manufacturing
Chapter 01 — Material
Incoming rod and compound are checked against purchase specification before release to production, so every batch begins with verified material.
Chapter 02 — Process
Wire drawing, concentric stranding, extrusion, armouring and sheathing run as one connected line, keeping specification and process parameters together.
Chapter 03 — Test
Type, routine and acceptance tests are carried out in-house, with customer and third-party inspection supported at the point of manufacture.
Chapter 04 — Traceability
Drum-level records connect material, process and test data, so a delivered length can be traced back through every stage that produced it.

Quality as a process
Management systems and product standards are documented and auditable. Certification is evidence of the process, shown here as supporting reference rather than decoration.
Step 01
Specification-controlled aluminium, copper and compounds released only after incoming checks.
Step 02
Process parameters recorded against the applicable product standard for each run.
Step 03
Electrical, mechanical and dimensional tests performed in the in-house laboratory.
Step 04
Customer and third-party inspection supported at stage and final stages.
Step 05
Drum-level records linking material, process and test results.
Step 06
Packing, marking and documentation prepared to contract requirements.
